What the guarantee covers
Your first order on any NORTH Performance subscription plan is covered by our Stay in the Game Guarantee, limited to one (1) unit. The trial window matches your billing period, up to a 30-day maximum:

If you are not satisfied within your trial window, complete the form on this page and we will refund 100% of the product cost of one (1) unit from your first order. If your first order contains more than one unit, the guarantee applies to a single unit only. The guarantee applies only to NORTH supplement products. Accessories are not included.
How the refund works
- You do not need to return the product. Keep it, give it away, or discard it as you prefer.
- The refund covers the product cost of one (1) unit from your first order, after any discounts applied. Where your first order contains multiple units, the refund is calculated at the lowest unit price paid. Original shipping charges and taxes on shipping are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Your subscription will be cancelled at the same time (unless you ask us to keep it active).
Limits
- The Stay in the Game Guarantee applies to one (1) unit from your first order only. Additional units in that order, renewal shipments and repeat orders are not covered by the trial. A bundle or multipack is treated as one (1) unit. You can still cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
- One trial per household, per payment method, and per shipping address. We reserve the right to decline refunds where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused (for example, repeat trial claims across multiple accounts, or claims made after a previous refund to the same household, payment method or shipping address).
- The trial applies to standard subscription and one-time purchases. Gift cards, bundled promotions with third parties, and wholesale orders are excluded unless expressly stated at the point of sale.
- Refund requests must be made within the trial window. Requests received after the window has closed will be handled on a good-faith basis but are not guaranteed.
Statutory rights (New Zealand, Australia, UK, EU, Canada, and other jurisdictions)
The Stay in the Game Guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including:
- New Zealand — your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, which cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms.
- Australia — the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010), which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
- United Kingdom — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- European Union — your rights under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in your country of residence, subject to the sealed-goods hygiene exemption in Article 16(e) for opened supplements.
- Canada — your rights under the federal Competition Act and applicable provincial consumer protection statutes.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under mandatory consumer law.
